US Grand Prix - Who do you blame?

My Friend Rajesh sends me an email this morning which has a bunch of photographs of Schumi and Ferrari. I was glad to see that...but what really caught my attention was a small note he wrote specifically to me which read :

Rajesh:

"Especially for you ...After he(Schumi) won the race in US...( Heeeeeeehhheheheheh).....I watched it during my trip....Wat a race to Win Picco...."

I thought i will just attach the mail trail we exchanged as my blog:

Naveen:

"That was a lousy race. Ferrari's had a better package going into this race...and a best chance to win even with competition....but others non participating made it look sad...and in the end it is not a worthy race to win"

Rajesh:

"hmmmmmmm..but KIMI is rocking this season isnt it"

Naveen:

"Kimi and Alonso both look strong. They have a better package.

The problem with the Ferrari's is that the Bridgestone tyres are not performing in tha qualifiers...and are coming strong in the race.

Due to poor qualifying....its becoming difficult to win any races.

Bridgestone has promised a new set of tyres that will have a thin layer of soft compound on the existing layer of hard compound....which will give a good advantage to Ferrari in qualifying...and later become a hard compound which will start performing better in the later stages of the race ...when the michelin runners are dying for grip. (Imola and Monaco were proof of that)

Let's wait and see... if it costs Schumi and Ferrari the title this year - Bridgestone will have to take all the blame."
Comments:
Hey, I sure hope Bridgestone comes out with better tyres, for two reasons, one being it will help our very own Narain too and second, that will help bring back the lustre in competing. Alonso and Kimi perform far better when threatened by the Ferraris.
The American Grand Prix was a shame to say the least, but one can't really blame Michelin. "Its better to back out than apologise for the murder of a driver", is how a commentator appropriately put their situation.
Waiting for Ferrari to pose a serious challenge to Alonso and Kimi in the next race.

I can just rephrase Brigestone's tagline

"The Better the Competition...The Better it is for the Sport"
